Scouting plays an important role in character building of the youth. Discipline is the base for success of any movement as it provides strength to achieve its aims and objectives. The youth of today should be instilled with discipline through scouting, as they are our assets for tomorrow; we have endeavoured to achieve a totally new place of existence in the 21st Century with assertion of new horizon of progress and development.
